2022 Airfield Estate Bombshell Red, Yakima Valley, WA – Bombshell red is a signature blend of 42% Merlot, 32% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Malbec, and 5% Cabernet Franc. It features dark berry aromas of sweet fig, black currant, and blackberry jam, complemented by layers of espresso. The silky palate reveals candied plum, roasted dates, and a vibrant berry medley, finishing smoothly with soft tannins, lingering dark fruit, and a touch of French oak spice. $20/bottle

2023 Troon Vineyards Druid’s Red, Applegate Valley, Oregon – Druid’s Red is composed of 30% Syrah, 27% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 19% Mourvèdre, and 4% Carignan. This full-flavored wine stacks red and blue plums, elderberries, tart cherries, and blood orange highlights in a broad, balanced, lightly savory palate. I am certain that as this vineyard matures, the flavors will deepen and add more aromatic detail. $25/bottle

2023 Gundlach Bundschu Mountain Cuvee, Sonoma Valley, CA – Mountain Cuvee presents as a love letter to Bordeaux grapes, and it comprises 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 4% Cab Franc, 2% Malbec, and 3% Petit Verdot. It is a medium-bodied red blend with complex and distinct layers of red fruit and cedar. Star anise, cinnamon stick, and oregano oil on the nose give way to notes of unsweetened chilled cherry galette, raspberry preserve, and woodsy boysenberry. $25/bottle

2022 Sauvage Spectrum “Open Range” Petit Verdot, Grand Valley AVA, CO – This 100% Petit Verdot is a vibrant, aromatic wine that features notes of black cherry, plum, cedar, and dark cacao flavors. Pair with roasted or grilled red meat and/or aged cheese. $22

2018 Mosavali Saperavi Sanadimo, Kakheti, Republic of Georgia – The vineyard is in the region of Dedoplistskaro, in the village of Kvemo Kedi, at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level. The vineyard is hand-operated, and the grapes are harvested by hand. Characterized by notes of rich black cherry fruit, the wine is dense and rustic with a lingering, savory finish.  Pair with roasted or grilled red meat and/or aged cheese. $24/bottle

2024 Villa Creek Farmhouse White, Paso Robles, CA – This fresh white is a blend of organically grown 62% Picpoul Blanc, 19% Falanghina, and 19% Pinot Gris. Aromatics – Fresh rain on a spring day, yellow ¬ flowers, toasted sun¬ flower seed, pear, fennel, white peach, and sweet cream. Palate Impression – Supple and round, with bright, tangy acidity and a long, clean finish that ends with a hint of lemon rind. Notes of white peaches with cream, vibrant spring stone fruit, and fresh pear with fleur de sel. $26/bottle

2024 Les Petites Jamelles Blanc, Terres du Midi, France – Made from primarily Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine has nice exotic fruit aromas, floral notes and ripe juicy citrus flavors. It is fresh and balanced, with a round and lingering finish. $13

2024 Les Petites Jamelles Rouge, Terres du Midi, France – Made from primarily Grenache grapes, this wine is ripe and friendly with notes of ripe dark berries and hints of exotic spices. It offers a velvety supple finish. $13

2022 Henri de Richemer Syrah, France – Like liquid blackberry cobbler! This Syrah is ripe and ready to please your palate. The dark berry fruit sings from start to finish. $13

2023 Fox in the Hen House Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc, South Australia – This blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc delivers striking scents of lime and lemon rind, whiffs of honeydew, and even a hint of seashells. Zesty fresh lingering finish! $12

2024 Lomas del Marques Blanco, Rioja, Spain – Made from 100% Viura grapes, this blanco is approachable, appealing, and juicy in style with lifted citrus and orchard fruits. Nicely balanced with a bright, zesty finish. $11
